My name is Anne. I am married to a wonderful man, and have been blessed with four children. We live on an island off the West coast of Scotland, where we were born and brought up.
God led us to homeschool our children just over ten years ago, and this journey has been the greatest teaching experience of my life: I mean that it has taught me more than any other aspect of my life.
I love the Lord, who has heard my prayer (Ps 116). I love my Saviour, who died to save 'a wretch like me'. I love my husband, who is a gift greater than anything I deserved. I love being a mother to the wonderful blessings God gifted us, and am thankful beyond words that God took us on this homeschooling journey together.
We are blessed to live on this island: my blog posts speak of various aspects of our lives here - island life in general; family life; homeschooling experiences; thoughts of ways in which God has blessed me; and .... Food!

I have just come from the PW site to see about you. I have only been to Scotland once but loved that visit. We loved the people we met. They were so friendly. I'll be back. I have to go start the July 4 activities.
